Open the Empatia app and login
If you have an active subscription:
1-  Go to Settings

2- Scroll down to Account information

3- Tap on your email to open a new screen.

4- There, select the button "Delete account" and enter your password again.

And done, you've successfully deleted your account and all data related to it from our system.

If you don't have a subscription:

As soon as you login, the screen will show available subscription plans. On the lower part of the screen select the button "Delete account", and insert your password again. And done, you've successfully deleted your account and all data related to it from our system.
