Personal data includes data that can indirectly identify you (such as your email address or phone number) and data that can be linked to you (such as your saved games, preferences, and settings).
Although registration in the Empatia app does not require providing data that directly and personally identifies you, we consider any data that can be linked to you as personal data and treat it accordingly.

We use your data to enable you to access the Empatia app from any device and to access your saved games, maintaining your preferences (profile picture, username, gender) and accessibility settings (colorblind mode, and parental control), ensuring a continuous and personalized user experience.

You can view your information directly in the app settings.

Deletion of Data
You can delete your account directly in the app settings, which will result in the deletion of all your stored personal data. If you do not have an active subscription plan, the deletion option will be available on the subscription plan selection screen.
