Collection of personal data
Personal data includes data that can indirectly identify you (such as your email address or phone number) and data that can be linked to you (such as your saved games, preferences, and settings).
Although registration in the Empatia app does not require providing data that directly and personally identifies you, we consider any data that can be linked to you as personal data and treat it accordingly.

Retention of data
We retain your email address, even after account deletion, to manage the trial period and ensure that the same email address is not used to circumvent our free trial policies. This data will be stored securely and used solely for enforcing the trial period limits. All other personal data will be deleted immediately upon account deletion, as described in the "Deletion of Data" section.

You can delete your account directly in the app settings, which will result in the deletion of all your stored personal data, except for your email address. As described in the "Retention of Data" section. If you do not have an active subscription plan, the deletion option will be available on the subscription plan selection screen.
